Also Esymo metal can opt for die cold stamping cut, for medium or large production runs, all of this supported by a tooling section with its own resources for this die manufacture and maintenance.

The machining section has machining centers and CNC lathes for bar turning and die manufacturing solutions. In addition to a manual and robotized welding, CNC bender and several auxiliary resources that offer a 360° integral supply for the customer and eliminates the supply chain intermediaries need and logistic flows.

Esymo metal offers a surface finishing by Cataphoresis which difference it from the others sector companies. It is applied like an anti-corrosive primer with esthetic looking or like a first coat which prepares the piece for the next coats in liquid or powder paint with the possibility of choose between any RAL color.
