That way we guarantee the traceability of the product through the whole manufacturing process.

We work together with our clients in order to develop, improve and manufacture their projects by participating in the production and management of the required services. We have at our disposal CAD tools to design and simulate to reduce production times. We also use 3D files to improve the communication with our clients.

Welding

We have the main welding systems: manual, robot and resistance welding. Our employees are highly qualified to carry out these methods. We also have experience in mass production aimed at demanding sectors such as the automotive industry.

By using different technological processes or even combining them we can produce components with different shapes. That decreases production times and optimizes costs; thus we avoid expensive investment.

We’ve got a wide range of presses which give us great flexibility to adapt to any volume required by our clients. We also have our own maintenance system so we can ensure the correct operation of the tools. That means that the equipment has an appropriate preservation in order to give us enough autonomy to guarantee the fulfilment of agreed supply times.

EDM, machining centres and CNC lathes equipped with the latest controls supported by a powerful CAM software complete the equipment that qualifies us to give precision solutions to our customers. At the same time it allows us to participate in projects with the necessary autonomy, ability and capacity.

Our up-to-date numerically controlled 5 axis brake press has great precision to process different materials. Our simulation software allows us to previously evaluate the right process sequence and tool choice while we can anticipate interferences in order to achieve an efficient production.

Subunit assembly

We offer our clients the possibility of assembling units and subunits through screws with controlled tightening torque, riveting, etc. This service optimizes costs and reduces delivery times while it ensures traceability as an additional guarantee for the final client.

Cataphoresis (E-coating)

Cataphoresis (E-coating)


During the applying process the piece is immersed in a painting coat. As a consequence, paint penetrates perfectly into the piece so the whole surface is painted obtaining a good-quality, uniform coating with high corrosion resistance. It is extended the use of cataphoresis in combination with other painting systems in sectors with specific functional or appearance requirements (powder/liquid coating).

We have the necessary technology to apply electrostatic, thermosetting or thermoplastic coating. These coatings are applied as small particles, that’s why they are popularly known as “powder coating”. There’s a wide range of colours, consistencies, textures and even qualities of powder coating depending on the final intended use (epoxy, polyester, hybrid, polyurethane, etc.)

Shot blasting and sandblasting

These cleaning surface treatments consist in impacting an abrasive material against a surface. As an additional advantage, they relieve residual stress in steel, which extends the lifespan of the component. The general purpose of these processes is to achieve a clean and rough surface that is ready for further treatments. The use of these techniques combined with our finishing processes allow us to produce super durable coatings even in surfaces which aren’t in optimum conditions.

We have the necessary equipment to apply different techniques in order to remove coating from previously painted components. These processes allow us to maintain and clean our own painting tools as well as to recover previously painted pieces, extending their lifespan. All our decoating processes comply with labour and environmental standards.

Our equipment can apply both water-based and solvent-based paint. There are several finishes available in the market to offer the client varied options to achieve the desired finish.

Vibratory finishing

Vibratory finishing


By this process, small metal pieces are treated loose with the purpose of smoothing surfaces, reducing their surface roughness, and giving them brightness and brilliance. This method can also be used to simply remove these burrs produced in previous production stages, for instance in casting or stamping.

Mastic and adhesive application

As an additional option from our wide range of finishes, if it’s required by the customer, we offer the possibility of applying a variety of mastics, sealants and adhesives. In that respect, cataphoresis provides an excellent base for these kind of processes.
